- Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
Scheduled weekly hours in the range of 10-35hrs per week depending on preference.

- Evening and weekend availability
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Engage with clients in regard to interests and goals; recommend services from there
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
