Phil opened his State Farm agency in February 2022 after spending 20 years in corporate finance within the travel industry. He earned his BBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. We stay active in the Southlake and North Texas communities through sponsor ships, local events, and community outreach throughout the year. Our agency currently includes six full-time and three part-time team members.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
