Kid Strong is seeking a Lead Sales Representative for a part-time leadership role in our Southlake center. You will drive trial enrollment, grow memberships, and deliver a world-class family experience. The role involves coaching the management team and acting as manager on duty when leaders are unavailable.
You will split time between coaching (10–15 hours/week) and sales/lobby time (15–20 hours/week), ensuring high quality customer service and strong enrollment results.
