WhatYou'll Do
- Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there
- Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals
- Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers - then close the deal
- Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up
- Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required
- Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews
- Represent the company like the pro you're becoming
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A willingness to learn - prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required
- Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast
- Self-motivation - you own your schedule and your results
- Comfort working outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs
- Commission sales role with weekly bonus earning ranging from $50,000-$150,000+ per year
