* Excellent physical condition (ability to pass a physical agility test)

* Punctual to all assignments.
* Resourceful - knows how to address inquiries and has the ability to direct to the proper authority, if necessary
* Excellent report writing skills
* Professional attitude emphasizing reliability, integrity, team building and the willingness to work as necessary to get the job done.
* Deal effectively with complex issues; striving for a comprehensive approach to reach effective outcomes.
* Maintains communication with supervisors, pastoral staff, group leaders, volunteers, customers, and ministry teams.
* Turn in all required paperwork at established deadlines.
* Support Gateway, your department, supervisor and fellow staff at all times.
* Good customer service and communication skills
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Possesses Level 2 & 3 security licenses; or meets the requirements and can attain certification.
In addition, all candidates for Security Support and other designated Security positions at Gateway Church must meet the following qualifications:
* Must be able to submit and pass drug and/or alcohol screen, and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.
* Must be able to successfully complete range qualification.
* Must be able to pass a Physical Agility Test (PAT), which can include but is not limited too: running, walking, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, carrying of weight (50lbs+), pulling of weight 175 lbs.+, sprinting, etc.
