As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including operating tools and equipment, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

$30-$35 per hour

Qualifications of a Crew Member and Supervisor:

• Mold Remediation Technician (MRT) License
• Proven experience as a certified restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of mold remediation procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities of a Crew Member and Supervisor:

• Perform general construction tasks such as loading and unloading materials, and site cleanup.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
