ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing – A Day in the Life:
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll deliver expert pest control services on the road, greeting customers in a professional, friendly manner and preparing customized treatments based on their unique pest control needs. You will document services provided, offer tailored recommendations for long‑term protection, and maintain focus and energy throughout the day to maximize efficiency between customers.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive, people‑first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor, and follow service routes
- Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- Desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
- Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
- Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required)
- Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the US
- Competitive Pay:
Base pay of $19 to $20 per hour plus commissions, with potential earnings of $60,000+ per year for top technicians - Performance‑based raise eligibility within 90 days
