We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance, service, installs and light repairs on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. No experience required – we will train motivated candidates.
Responsibilities- Assist with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Help perform basic preventive maintenance (filter changes, cleaning coils, checking thermostats, etc.).
- Support senior technicians with troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Complete basic documentation on work performed using company systems.
- No HVAC experience required; trade school or related training is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Able to work indoors/outdoors in various weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if driving company vehicle).
Full-time; may include occasional overtime and on-call rotation as training progresses
