Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential HVAC Installation operations.

This isn't a desk-only management position. We're looking for a leader who knows residential HVAC, understands what it takes to run successful installation crews, and knows how to develop people while driving quality and performance.

You'll lead our HVAC Install, Warranty, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) teams and take ownership of the day-to-day operation—from staffing and scheduling to installation quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and department performance.

The right person understands the realities of residential HVAC because you've been there yourself

You know what a properly completed installation should look like. You understand airflow, refrigerant systems, electrical components, controls, startup and commissioning—and you're capable of coaching a team to consistently meet those standards.

. You can set expectations, coach performance, recognize great work, have difficult conversations when necessary, and build a team that takes pride in what they do.

You're the leader who walks onto a jobsite and knows what good looks like.

You enjoy developing technicians and installers—not just managing schedules.

You understand that quality, productivity, profitability, safety, and customer experience all matter

You're comfortable using KPIs and operational data to make decisions, but you're equally comfortable getting into the field and figuring out what's actually happening.
