Primary Duties and Impact
- Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot sophisticated Angular single-page applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design and implement robust REST endpoints, focusing on versioning, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), secure authentication/authorization, and backward compatibility.
- Champion a strong testing and quality mindset, including writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, and actively preventing breaking changes through regression awareness.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, adhering to strict release governance standards within a highly regulated enterprise environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a large-enterprise setting, meticulously following documentation, change control, and peer review standards.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including LDAP/Active Directory integration, token-based authentication, role/entitlement models, and secure secret handling.
- Utilize feature-flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices to ensure smooth and controlled application deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend application development.
- Extensive experience with Angular single-page applications, including build/deploy processes and troubleshooting client‑server integration issues.
- Proficiency in REST endpoint development, versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication/authorization, and backward compatibility.
- Demonstrated strong testing and quality mindset, including experience with unit/integration tests and regression awareness.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release governance in highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to work in a regulated or large‑enterprise setting, adhering to documentation, change control, and peer review standards.
- Expertise in LDAP/Active Directory integration, token‑based authentication, role/entitlement models, and secure secret handling.
- Familiarity with feature‑flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, or related server‑side frameworks.
- Understanding of contact center routing concepts, digital channels, IVR, agent experience, or workforce management integrations.
- Experience with SDKs, XML, SCXML/VXML, or platform‑specific integration frameworks.
