Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) develops and maintains a broad set of retirement applications utilized by the Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) retirement services industry.
Our team is seeking a Senior Lead Software Development Engineer with a passion for technology and strong interpersonal skills. Our mission is to build, maintain, and modernize our robust set of solutions.
Responsibilities- Building and maintaining highly distributed .NET Core applications
- Experience developing in .NET/.NET Core.
- Experience coding in C#
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server is preferred)
- Experience with source code repository tools - Git Hub
- Ability to follow best practice solutions.
- Experience developing single‑page UI applications and reusable components using Angular.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with the Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
- Knowledge of SOLID principals
- Knowledge of effective Unit Testing, and Integration Testing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or institution.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
