We are currently sourcing for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to work in a group in Westlake, TX . This role will contribute to enhancing the Charitable Contact Center integration with the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) to improve service delivery, increase associate efficiency, and enhance satisfaction for our Donors, NPOs, and Advisors. You will work on an Agile team focused on telephony and contact center integration while leveraging your technical expertise.

REQUIRED

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

4 to 9 years of experience testing and automating front-end and web service applications
Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, Groovy, etc.), HTTP, RESTful web services, Jenkins, and Git
Experience testing and automating web services (Http Client, Rest Assured, JMeter, SoapUI, etc.)
Ability to investigate and debug issues with front-end applications and web services
Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment.
