• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and event-driven applications utilizing .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture patterns, directly enhancing the robustness of critical financial systems.
• Build and modernize high-volume services, APIs, and distributed application capabilities to ensure reliable transaction processing and support business-critical workflows for billions of daily transactions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, developers, and adjacent technology teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions that advance strategic objectives.
• Leverage cutting-edge GenAI coding assistants to significantly accelerate implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation, while maintaining absolute ownership for correctness and quality.
• Apply agentic workflows, prompt engineering, custom instructions, and spec-driven development practices to continuously enhance individual and team productivity, fostering an innovative development environment.
• Strengthen engineering quality through rigorous automated testing, disciplined code reviews, performance analysis, observability, resiliency practices, and meticulous production readiness, ensuring unparalleled system reliability.
• Support critical modernization initiatives by migrating legacy capabilities toward distributed .NET services, cloud-native platforms, event-driven architecture, and modern data stores, transforming the technological landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers in a team-oriented environment, actively contributing to the adoption of repeatable and responsible AI-assisted development practices across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing scalable .NET, cloud-based, or web services applications that support high-volume transactions in highly available environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and event-driven applications using .NET and Kafka, coupled with deep knowledge of distributed systems, stream processing, performance optimization, and…
