Compensation: $20-24/hour DOE
Responsibilities What You’ll DoAs our Purchasing Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our technicians and warehouse have the materials they need to serve our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, review, and process purchase orders
- Track purchase orders from creation through delivery
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and order updates
- Maintain vendor relationships and accurate purchasing records
- Assist with vendor maintenance and documentation
- Reconcile outstanding purchase orders and update inventory records
- Support month‑end purchasing activities
- Assist with warehouse and office projects as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of purchasing experience preferred (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related industry is a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (WASP and Service Titan preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment
- Frequent sitting, standing, reaching, and walking as needed
