Compensation: $20-24/hour DOE

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

As our Purchasing Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our technicians and warehouse have the materials they need to serve our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, review, and process purchase orders
  • Track purchase orders from creation through delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and order updates
  • Maintain vendor relationships and accurate purchasing records
  • Assist with vendor maintenance and documentation
  • Reconcile outstanding purchase orders and update inventory records
  • Support month‑end purchasing activities
  • Assist with warehouse and office projects as needed
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of purchasing experience preferred (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or related industry is a plus)
  • Experience with ERP systems (WASP and Service Titan preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment
  • Frequent sitting, standing, reaching, and walking as needed
