Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage departments including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals and delegating tasks.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are done well, and that service staff are trained.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, recognizing and motivating staff.
