Our client is a growing, family-oriented manufacturing company seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their accounting team. - Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts
- Assist with collections and payment processing
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate cash records
- Assist the Controller with month-end close activities
- Prepare supporting schedules and reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end close support
- Purchase order processing
- Three-way matching
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $28-$32 per hour
