We’re looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and experience supporting a manufacturing workforce—preferably within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting & Staffing: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for all positions, with a focus on attracting and retaining top manufacturing talent.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in compliance with company policy and employment regulations.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefit and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
  • Drug Testing Program: Administer pre-employment and ongoing drug testing programs in accordance with company and FAA/DOT requirements.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, assist in developing training materials, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Policy Administration: Update and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, helping to resolve workplace issues fairly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated responsibility across multiple HR functions.
  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment required, aerospace industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels of the organization.
