Deburrer
We are seeking a dedicated Deburrer to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves performing deburring and finishing operations on aerospace components, ensuring precision and care in every task.
Responsibilities- Perform deburring and finishing operations on various aerospace components by referring to discrepancy reports, shop orders, blueprints, and other instructions.
- Check dimensions and physical status of parts to determine the deburring method required to correct discrepancies, exercising caution to prevent abnormal alterations.
- Position and load parts on machinery.
- Smooth the inside and outside of intersecting holes in components without removing too much material, akin to refining a block of swiss cheese.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience in hands-on roles requiring fine work, such as those similar to a nail technician using a drill.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in metal finishing, buffing, and polishing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with production processes and safety standards.

Work in a typical production environment within a machine shop on the shop floor. The schedule includes a 1st shift from Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm, and a 2nd shift from Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Southwick, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
