About the Role

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join as Trainee Artisans in Soweto . This comprehensive apprenticeship program offers training across various essential trades, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and fabrication disciplines. You will receive structured on-the-job training and theoretical instruction, working under the guidance of skilled artisans to develop practical expertise. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

• Participate actively in on-the-job training across designated trade areas.
• Learn and apply safe work practices and procedures relevant to chosen trade.
• Assist qualified artisans in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals pertinent to the trade.
• Operate various tools and machinery under direct supervision.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized worksite.

• A strong desire to learn and pursue a career as a qualified Artisan .
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent, with strong marks in Mathematics and Science.
• Good physical health and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Willingness to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship program.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards learning.
