About the Role

This role is essential for the successful rollout and activation of broadband services in new and existing service areas. You will be responsible for the physical installation, testing, and troubleshooting of broadband network infrastructure, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. • Install and activate broadband services for residential and business customers.
• Perform physical installations of network equipment, including modems, routers, and cabling.
• Test and troubleshoot broadband connections to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Educate customers on service usage and provide basic technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all field operations.

• Proven experience in a field service or technical installation role, preferably in telecommunications or broadband.
• Strong understanding of broadband technologies (e.g., DSL, Cable, Fiber optics).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
