Site Installation Coordinator

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Site Installation Coordinator to manage the logistical and operational aspects of equipment installations within the Soweto area. This role is crucial for ensuring that installations are completed smoothly, on time, and according to plan. You will be the primary point of contact for on-site teams, vendors, and clients, coordinating schedules, resources, and resolving any on-site challenges.

This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing complex project timelines in a field-based setting.

• Coordinate and schedule on-site installation activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm site readiness and manage expectations.
• Oversee the delivery and staging of equipment and materials at installation sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site logistical and operational issues that may arise during installations.
• Ensure all installation work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of installation progress, site activities, and any deviations from the plan.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or site management, preferably within an installation context.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, schematics, and schedules.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to react effectively to unexpected situations on site.
• Must reside in or be able to commute regularly to the Soweto area.
