We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Spalding. This is an initial three-month contract with the potential to be extended.
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:- Carrying out responsive repairs
- Completing first and second-fix carpentry
- Undertaking basic plumbing repairs
- Completing minor patch plastering and tiling
- Working in occupied social housing properties
- Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs
- Carpentry and multi-trade experience
- Their own van and tools
- A full UK driving licence
- £23 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Initial 3-month contract
- Potential for a long-term extension
- Consistent workload
