Assistant Girls Basketball Coach — Mentor Players & Build Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of assigned sports fundamentals.
• Organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to model behavior as outlined in Coaches Handbook.
• Successful coaching experience and training over a period of years.
• Willingness to support the total athletic program.
• Current First Aid and C.P.R. card.
• Attend a training class on assigned duties.

• Receive Hepatitis B vaccination if necessary.
• Complete district sexual harassment training class.
• Fingerprinting will be required for a background check.
• Head coaches must be at least 21 years of age; assistant coaches must be at least 19.
• Classroom teacher preferred but not required.
