Paraeducator - Non-Mainstream Special Education - Structured Program

Position Hours And Pay This position is for 7 hours per day for 4 days for the first year and 2 days each year following until certification is completed. Position Hours And Pay This position is for 6.5 hours per day at 168 days and 3.5 hours for 10 days each school year. 7 hours per day for 4 days for the first year and 2 days each year following until certification is completed.

Position pay: PSE Salary Schedule Level 5 - $ 25.40

Important Information THIS IS A 1:1 SUPPORT PARA EDUCATOR POSITION. A CHANGE IN ASSIGNMENT AND/OR LOCATION MAY OCCUR BASED ON STUDENT SPECIFIC NEEDS AND VARIANCES IN SCHOOL ENROLLMENT.

Required Training
- Must complete Right Response Training and receive qualifications within 3-5 months. Renewal of Right Response certification must be completed annually prior to expiration date. Person hired for this position must complete the online Autism Spectrum Disorder course within 3 months of hire. Must successfully complete the Fundamental Course of Studies (FCS) and General Para educator Certificate of the state mandated Para educator Certificate Program per State requirements.

Para educator Certificate Program is dependent upon State funding. IMPORTANT:
