• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students in a K-12 school-based setting
• Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders; develop and implement treatment plans
• Establish and monitor IEP goals; collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals; participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Document services and progress in the district’s charting system; maintain accurate, timely notes and compliance with privacy standards
• Provide therapy across a caseload up to 60 students; prioritize student safety, equity, and confidentiality
• Coordinate referrals, re-evaluations, and transitions between grade levels; contribute to program planning and service delivery improvements

• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license (WA SLP license) required
• ESA certification required
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) accepted
• Ability to provide services in a school-based, in-person K-12 setting
• Authorization to work in the United States (as applicable)

• Assignment-specific support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, including credentialing and onboarding assistance
• Ongoing recruiter and program support during the assignment
