What You’ll Bring- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure for SLP in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Only on-site SLPs will be considered (no SLPAs or virtual practice)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and diagnostic skills
- Deliver speech and language services to students in-person, supporting IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth and success
- Complete assessments, write reports, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Adapt strategies for a diverse student population
