• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure for SLP in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Only on-site SLPs will be considered (no SLPAs or virtual practice)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and diagnostic skills

• Deliver speech and language services to students in-person, supporting IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth and success
• Complete assessments, write reports, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
• Adapt strategies for a diverse student population
