Empower Behavior Solutions in Puyallup, WA seeks a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our home and school-based ABA team. This 1:1 role delivers ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools, not clinics, with flexible hours based on client availability.
You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, collect session data, and communicate professionally with families and school staff. Active CBT certification in Washington is required.
