Qualifications/Desired

Experience:
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state-issued School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Washington
  • Previous experience in Pre-K through grade 12 educational settings preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of psychological assessment tools, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and student advocacy
Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments and interpret results to support student learning and development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to guide IEP development and implementation
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to maximize student success
  • Stay up to date with best practices, compliance standards, and regulations
