This contract position offers the chance to work full time, supporting students' communication development and helping them thrive academically and socially.
Bring your expertise to a collaborative team environment where both Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) and Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) SLPs are encouraged to apply. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed around 50 students across 1-2 school sitesand there's flexibility regarding your preferred caseload focus. With a predictable workweek of 37.5 hours, youll be able to maintain meaningful routines while providing vital services.
Qualifications:- Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification
- ASHA CCC or recent graduate eligible for CFY
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative work style and dedication to enriching student lives
- Deliver therapy and support to K-12 students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document services and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
