Inventory Manager - Spanaway, WA

Spanaway - DWC - Spanaway, WA 98387. Salary: $80,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year. Shift: Any.

Inventory Manager

• Lead and supervise all warehouse personnel in inventory control and quality assurance operations.
• Utilize root cause analysis to identify and promptly report inventory discrepancies, proposing effective solutions to resolve them.
• Partner with site management team to drive quality at all levels within the warehouse.
• Work closely with all levels of personnel to educate and to understand how functions affect the inventory.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans that improve quality, inventory accuracy and service.
• Plan and execute cycle counts as required in each area of the warehouse.
• Teaching and influencing managers and associates on the importance of inventory control and quality assurance.
• Other duties as required and assigned.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within warehousing.
• Experience managing within a warehouse management system.
• Strong analytical, mathematical or data analysis bias.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
