Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.
What you'll doYou will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, resolve escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track. The role requires frequent travel across the US.

- Develop Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities for your team members. Listen and act on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns. Evaluate talent, train and mentor, recognize achievements, and identify career paths for associates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily overnight; night shifts average 10 to 12 hours.
TravelFrequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and may change as the business needs. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.
CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $80,168.40 – $. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management‑Professional certification.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing achievements, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and values, and implement related action plans.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships, identifying business needs, determining necessary processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changing demands.
