Job Summary:Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN – School LPN/LVN for our client in Spanaway, WA 98387. This is a 40 Week contract assignment.
Position Title:LPN/LVN – School LPN/LVN
Location:Spanaway, WA 98387
Duration:40 Weeks
Work Schedule:Monday – Friday, 5 × 7.5-hour shifts
Pay rate35-40$/hr.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to students in a school setting
- Monitor students' health conditions and provide appropriate care
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Maintain accurate and timely student health records
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
- Support students with ongoing medical needs
- Follow school district policies and applicable healthcare regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Current and valid Washington State LPN/LVN license
- School-based nursing experience required
- Must be available for the full school-year assignment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Relevant licenses and credentials should be in hand at submission when possible
- Required credentials must be issued before the start date.
