Job Duties- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and maintain daily efficiency.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
CommunicationAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions and SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly; may use calculator. Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature.
- Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Bulk product deliveries handled twice a week or more; cases of ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 lb. - Carrying:
Large consumables may weigh up to 3 lb 7 oz; occasionally pizza sauce weighing 30 lb; trays of pizza dough up to 12 lb. - Pushing:
Moving trays on dollies up to 30” may require force of up to 7.5 lb. - Climbing:
Navigate stairs or ladder to change prices, perform maintenance. - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending necessary at pizza assembly station. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas. - Reaching:
Up, down, forward above 72”; below when scooping cornmeal; forward to obtain toppings, ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones. - Hand tasks:
Continuous use of hands; forceful forearm and wrist use; pinch force required for assembling boxes.
Team members may be required to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD, pizza cutter, pizza peel, rolling cutter.
Driver or Store Management Position (additional duties)Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record, access to insured vehicle. Must navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
Driver Physical Demands- Carrying during delivery of pizzas, sides, beverages.
- Driving within designated delivery area; possibly several deliveries per shift.
- Walking between store and vehicle.
- Climbing: navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.
