General Manager

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble pizza dough, pizza sauce, and pizza boxes.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and work areas daily.
• Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to ensure accurate order processing.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; use a calculator as needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Follow written instructions and comprehend correct procedures.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes (36–90+ degrees), food dust, and potential hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving machinery.

• Standing most of the shift with occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds; frequently moving pallets and trays.
• Pushing or pulling dollies and trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Reaching above 72 inches and bending at waist to assemble pizza and clean low areas.
• Maintaining eye‑hand coordination for handling pizza peel, rolling cutter, and other tools.

When assigned to a delivery driver or store management role, duties include delivering products by car, including pizzas, sides, and beverages, and performing flyer distribution. Requirements are a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to navigate diverse terrains.

• Read transportation maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Carry products while walking and climbing.
