We are a locally owned accounting firm based in Spanish Fork, working with growing small to mid‑sized businesses. Our focus is on providing reliable financials, improving processes, and helping our clients scale with confidence.

We take a relationship‑first approach and work closely with our clients, acting as a true partner in their business rather than just a service provider.

We’re looking for a strong Staff or Senior Accountant to join our team as we continue to grow.

This is not a typical bookkeeping role. You will work directly with clients, take ownership of key areas of their accounting, and help improve systems and processes as their businesses scale.

• Manage and maintain client financials (primarily in Xero)
• Perform month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Clean up and improve messy books and accounting processes
• Work directly with clients to support their accounting needs
• Assist with implementing systems and improving efficiency (including tools like Ramp)
• Support accruals, adjusting entries, and proper period cutoffs
• Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across client accounts

• 2–6 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, reconciliations, financial statements)
• Ability to think critically and solve problems, not just process transactions
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision

• Experience with Xero or similar systems
• Experience working with small to mid‑sized businesses
• Interest in improving processes, systems, or automation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
