Position: Receptionist - Automotive Dealership (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet showroom customers and assess the purpose of their visit
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson
  • Notify staff when a customer is waiting and facilitate introductions
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Route calls to the correct department or individual, or take detailed messages
  • Provide basic information and respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors
  • Collect and record basic demographic information from visitors and callers
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient communication style at all times
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
