At OSH Cut, we believe obtaining custom fabricated metal parts shouldn’t be complicated, slow, or frustrating. That’s why we launched our first online quoting app for metal laser cutting in 2018 — and we’ve been redefining the metal fabrication experience ever since.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to help us deliver a seamless, high‑level experience to our expanding enterprise customer base. This is an in‑person position at our Spanish Fork location.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new enterprise clients, guiding them through contracts, compliance documentation, account set‑up, and payment coordination to ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, customer service, and operations while developing streamlined systems and processes that make onboarding faster, smarter, and more scalable.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced B2B or manufacturing environment, communicates confidently with enterprise‑level decision‑makers, and takes pride in precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications What You Bring Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or administrative roles (B2B or manufacturing environment preferred)
- Experience with customer onboarding, contract administration, compliance documentation, or accounts receivable follow‑up strongly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail when reviewing contracts, compliance documents, and financial information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace, ERP systems, and document management tools
- Solid math skills for handling payment terms, credit limits, and invoicing calculations
- Ability to work independently in an in‑office environment while collaborating effectively across departments
