- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the agri‑food or agricultural supplies industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong business sense and in-depth industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- A consistent track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is highly desirable.
