Success Manager Finance

Painter1 is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Bookkeeper for franchisees to manage financial recordkeeping for select franchise locations and ensure accurate royalty tracking across the network. This role plays a key part in supporting new owners with bookkeeping, answering financial questions, directing more complex questions and concerns to an appropriate party (like the Ops Lead) and maintaining the integrity of royalty reporting.

• Close books for franchise locations
• Reconcile with our CRM
• Track and report financial data
• Answer owners' questions about financials
• Conduct monthly franchisee financial audits
• Franchisor books
• Payroll
• AP/AR
• Process royalties
• Act as a collection agency
• Pass on financial red flags

$20-25/hr

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as Quick Books, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret and explain financial statements to non-financial stakeholders
• Comfortable maintaining financial records across multiple business units or clients
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve data inconsistencies
• High degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

• Experience working with franchise systems or multi-unit businesses
• Background in royalty tracking or compliance auditing
• Prior work with service-based businesses or home services
• Familiarity with insurance requirements or general business financial operations
• Experience training others on basic financial practices
