Safety Coordinator

Things You'llDo

• Attend field job sites and review/monitor/safety compliance

• Get to know the workforce and build arelationship of trust

• Perform safety inspections of company facilities, production plants, and equipment, then follow up with stakeholders on findings

• Conduct safetytrainingsand attend site safety meetings

• Analyze and report on incident trends and functions as the safety expert on all safety related issues
• Ensure compliance with and administers OSHA, MSHA and USDOT regulations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations

• 3+ years of safety management experience

• The ability toestablishtrustingandpartneredrelationships with all people

• Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration

• An insurable driving record

• Bachelor's Degree, safety-related is preferred but not required
