UTAH Resident Bilingual CSR English/Spanish Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 05:30pm)
- Handle customer interactions by phone, chat, and email for U.S. and Canadian customers
- Process orders, new member applications, renewals, returns, and other customer requests
- Answer questions regarding products, compensation plans, business programs, and promotions
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, event registrations, and other needs
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain strong productivity and customer service performance
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Effectively use customer support systems and applications
UTAH Resident Bilingual CSR English/Spanish
Qualifications:
- MUST live within 1 hour of our Lehi or Spanish Fork UTAH office
- Fluent in both English and Spanish – speaking, reading, and writing
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Comfortable recommending and promoting products and promotions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet productivity and customer service expectations
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple customer support systems
- Must have: A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace
- Reliable internet service Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
