$16.00 to $24.00 an hour, depending on experience
You are:Friendly, professional, and organized. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-scheduling service calls, dispatching techs, and making sure every client receives top-notch service.
What You Bring:- 2+ year of customer service or office experience (HVAC industry a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic scheduling software and phone systems (Service Titan or similar booking software is a plus)
