What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking professionals who are passionate about teaching and committed to excellence. Successful candidates will have:

  • Education: A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
  • Industry Credentials &

    Certifications:

    Must hold a current Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the electrical field.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Experience with Canvas and curriculum development is a plus.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in communication, time management, and organization to efficiently manage classroom and practical training responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen ability to assess student performance, ensure industry standards are met, and maintain accurate records.
