Part-Time Structural Student Engineer

You’ll work in‑office alongside experienced engineers in a rapidly growing firm with a fun, high‑energy culture. This role is designed to grow into a full‑time position after graduation, with a path toward leadership for the right person.

• Assist with structural calculations and preliminary design tasks.
• Help prepare structural plans, details, and markups under the direction of licensed engineers.
• Support coordination with internal civil/structural teams and CAD/BIM staff.
• Assist with project documentation, redlines, and construction‑related questions.
• Learn Atlas standards, workflows, and tools with the goal of growing into a full‑time role.

• Currently enrolled in a Civil or Structural Engineering program
• Junior, senior, or graduate student status preferred
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week on‑site in Spanish Fork, UT
• Solid grasp of basic structural concepts (statics, mechanics of materials, basic design)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and interest in contributing to a collaborative, fun team culture
