We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. • Lead land development projects from concept through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, project scopes, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted project advisor

• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and project excellence

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 5–10+ years of land development or civil engineering experience
• Proven project management and client leadership experience
• Expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Strong budgeting, proposal, and financial management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
