Cyprus Credit Union is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager / Commercial Loan Officer to serve businesses throughout Utah County and play an important role in strengthening the communities we call home.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial banking professional who wants more than a production-focused lending role. Here, you’ll have local decision‑making support, accessible leadership, experienced underwriting and operations partners, and the ability to spend more time advising business members instead of navigating unnecessary layers of bureaucracy.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, manage, and grow a commercial portfolio throughout Utah County by building relationships with business owners, centers of influence, and community partners.
• Identify lending opportunities, recommend commercial loan and deposit solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to businesses at every stage of growth.
• Review financial statements, business tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk while structuring sound lending solutions and presenting recommendations for approval.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial credit, SBA lending, portfolio management, relationship management, or a related commercial banking role.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis, business financial statements, cash flow analysis, and business tax returns.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to client service.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
