We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This is a part‑time opportunity with significant growth potential.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a patient‑focused environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Supervise support staff and therapy assistants as appropriate

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Preferred schedule of two 10‑hour shifts per week
