• 21 years of age or older
• Clearly communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Prefer High School Diploma
• One year caregiving experience preferred
• Smart phone and/or tablet
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable and Insured vehicle
• Ability to pass an FBI background check
• Ability to bend, twist, get up and down and lift 50 lbs.

• Follow clients' care plan including but not limited to:
• Companionship and providing or arranging for social interaction
• Personal grooming and dressing
• Oral Hygiene and denture care
• Eating and meal preparation
• Toileting and toilet hygiene
• Helping clients with self-administration of medications
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Providing Transportation
• Administering emergency first aid
• Taking vital signs
• Documenting care and client condition in client record through online app
• Will complete minimum of 6 hours of training each year
• Demonstrates competency in all areas of training for personal care

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
