Human Resources Internship – Talent Acquisition (Paid)Ready to put your HR knowledge to work? Join our team and get hands-on experience in recruiting, HR technology, data, employee experience, and learning & development.
This is a part-time paid internship reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Hours:
18+ hours/week
On-site at our office in Spanish Fork
What You’ll DoPower the hiring process: Help manage iCIMS, polish job postings, and support hiring managers.
Turn data into action: Build recruiting dashboards and uncover insights from hiring metrics.
Help new hires thrive: Track 30/60/90/180-day new hire milestones and share insights with leaders.
Make learning more engaging: Support our Tyfoom learning platform and edit micro-learning videos.
Pitch in across HR: Get involved in onboarding, I-9s, career fairs, HR systems, and special projects as needed.
Working toward a degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
Curious, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new systems
A strong communicator
A “let’s make it better” mindset
