Assist in preparation of molds and forms for composite lay-up and assembly.;
Perform lay-up of composite materials onto molds, placing and smoothing layers to eliminate wrinkles, air pockets, and voids.;
Route, drill, trim, and sand composite parts to blueprint dimensions and tolerances using hand and power tools.;
Operate vacuum press equipment to cure composite structures per process specifications.;
Assemble aircraft and composite components using structural adhesives, rivets, fasteners, and other hardware.
